Resonance Gatherings are community ceremonial and sacred sound baths. They are a place to connect with a heart-centered community, and align with the lunar cycle and the archetypal energies and characteristics of the Astrological sign that the moon is illuminating. Each gathering is consciously curated including specially formulated hand-crafted herbal teas and weaves in Reiki, pranayama’s (breath work), meditation and mudra’s that are layered to work synergistically with the harmonics and overtones of classical singing bowls, symphonic gong, elemental chimes, and tingshas.

We start off the Resonance Gatherings tuning into our bodies and awakening the spirit of the plant medicine contained in a hand-crafted tea, touching in with each individual through an oracle card reading and special aromatherapy blend we weave the individuals illumination with that of the collectives that forms the sacredness of our moon circle. We begin our practice with meditation and mantra then shift into deep relaxation and our sacred sound immersion. This is a physio-auditory journey where one and the group are immersed in sound to lead the individual and group upon their dreamtime journey.
