The Gardens look great and the bounty of harvest is ready to pop, but how does the gardeners body feel? If your hips and knees hurt, even the simplest movements become challenging. Learn ways to ease tension, improve range of motion, promote joint stability, and build strength safely in this unique MELT workshop. We will combine techniques from MELT Length to relax and release, with MELT Strength exercises to repattern a healthier way to move. This is very powerful combination because Length prepares your muscles to engage more efficiently in the Strength portion of the workshop. All levels are welcome but you must be able to get up and down from the floor.
