Looking for some skills to strengthen your sense of resiliency and, maybe even, awaken your heart as we head into the dark season? Let's practice attuning to now in all its beauty and challenge, messiness, honesty and wonder.
This six part series is intended to introduce some basics of mindfulness meditation. Every session will include some gentle mindful movement, please wear comfortable clothing.
Open to all levels yet intended for beginners.
Suggested sliding scale for the series $30-$120, no-one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
