This class provides an opportunity to reconnect with the body in a healing environment. We bring our attention to the body through breath awareness and visualization while supporting the body with props in relaxing postures. We also practice Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation through the body with effortless relaxation. The practice is full of care--encouraging deep listening to the body and stress release.
